This council is constituted for each year of study and course, with Principal as the Chairman. Class Advisor will act as convener and one senior staff from among the subject in-charges will be the member.
The CAC shall meet AFTER EACH SESSIONAL EXAMINATIONS to discuss the regularity, sincerity, and academic performance of the students.
The convener shall arrange for a meeting of Principal with students, after the sessional examinations, to discuss the attendance and sessional examination marks of students.
The convener shall record the “Minutes of the Meeting” in the book, immediately after the conclusion of the meeting, and get it signed by the members.
