Research Monitoring Committee

The Committee will oversee research initiatives of faculty and students, ensure adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, and strengthen the research ecosystem in alignment with institutional and national objectives.

Functions of the Committee

To review both the scientific content and ethical aspects of all research proposals submitted by students and faculty, ensuring that the scientific design is technically appropriate and that ethical standards are maintained in accordance with CCSEA, New Delhi and other applicable regulatory norms

To evaluate and provide constructive feedback on the B. Pharm., Pharm. D., and M. Pharm research proposals, suggesting suitable modifications wherever necessary, and to review any research proposals submitted by faculty members.

To monitor and review the progress of ongoing research activities undertaken by students and faculty members.

To recommend strategies for strengthening and enhancing the overall research output and quality of the institution.

To ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines, maintaining transparency and integrity in all research practices.

To promote linkages with funding agencies, research organizations, and industry collaborators for fostering interdisciplinary and collaborative research initiatives, and to extend support for research publications, intellectual property generation, and patent filing.
