Duties and Responsibilities

Placements are benchmark to the performance of any educational institution and it depicts the success and the growth of the institutions. The placement cell shall play a vital role and shall become a key Department of the college. The competition for employment is increasing every day and the job of placement is becoming a challenging one.

The responsibilities include;

To guide students on various interview techniques, group discussions, aptitude tests, arrangement of personality development workshops, etc.

Guiding students who desire to pursue higher education.

Students shall be encouraged to take campus interview in the fields they desire; and the cell shall arrange accordingly.

To invite prospective companies / hospitals to campus for recruitment:

– to register students for the jobs with prescribed qualifications
– to arrange for various facilities required on the date of interview
– to collect appointment letters and distributes them to selected students

Rules to be followed by the students

Students should register their names in the Placement & Training Cell.

Bio-data (Standard Format) shall be submitted by the students well in advance.

Placement & Training Cell shall advice the students to be well-dressed and to have pleasing-manners during their personal interview with the representatives of the recruiting companies / hospitals.

Dress Code is STRICTLY FORMALS.

Those who fail to follow the rules will not be permitted to attend the interview.
