Women’s Grievance Redressal Cell is meant to safeguard and promote wellbeing of all the women (Staff & students) in the institution. It takes care of all complaints on sexual harassment of women at the workplace and action taken for redressal of complaints. The Cell is responsible for looking into any complaints filed by students & staff about women’s grievances at college.

Functions

To provide a neutral, confidential and supportive environment for members
of the campus community who may have been sexually harassed.

To advise complainants of the informal and formal means of resolution as specified by the Cell.

To ensure the fair and timely resolution of sexual harassment complaints.

To provide information regarding counseling and support services on the campus

To ensure personality along with academic development of students.
